“I’ve been on a couple of Cruise the Neuse boat tours, both on my own and with friends and family. You meet at Dock A, which you can easily find on Google Maps by searching Cruise the Neuse Boat Tours. The captain is very knowledgeable about the area’s history, and the pace can vary depending on the weather, waves, and who’s on board. I like that they have a maximum of six passengers, which makes the experience feel more personal and allows everyone to hear the stories more easily. It’s clear they really care about who guides the tours and the overall experience. I’ll continue taking more tours when I’m in the area because each time I’ve learned new facts and history—and even if you just go for the boat ride, it’s a really lovely experience.”
